This Agreement outlines the terms under which Purevolution Lifestyle Ltd. ("Detox Revolution") offers you access to our website as an affiliate. By linking to our website and/or promoting our goods and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

If accepted into our Affiliate Program, you will earn commissions on sales generated by customers referred to our sales funnels by your unique link.

Affiliate commission may vary depending on plan or product.

Only sales generated from customers using your link will qualify as an affiliate sale, as we otherwise will have no way of tracking if the customer was referred from you or not.

We are not able to manually assign or track this, and any requests to do so will be denied.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Affiliate status is available only to individuals and entities that can enter into legally binding contracts, and are above 18 years of age.

You also need to be able to communicate in english with our affiliate team.

3. AFFILIATE STATUS

The status of affiliate is only available to members, if you are not a member already, will need to become one, and abide by our Terms and Conditions, which apply to all members.

You must then complete our online application, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion.

We require all our affiliates to complete all lessons on the site before earning the status of affiliate. This is for our affiliates to be able to fully grasp what they are promoting to any potential customers.

As new lessons appear, or changes are made to existing ones, affiliates may be required to complete or retake the lessons in question to maintain their affiliate status.

Affiliates will be notified through their registered emails if so is the case.

4. PROMOTIONAL SITES AND ACCOUNTS

You will be asked to provide information on the websites or social media accounts you plan to use to promote your link. If you do not have this information yet, please provide a brief description of your intended promotional strategy.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use our system ethically and in accordance with community standards.

Your unique link can be used on websites, social media posts, and shared directly to your potential customers.

6. UNACCEPTABLE USE

You may not engage in bulk email campaigns, ad campains or other unauthorized activities, or in any way, force or trick visitors to click your link.

No sex, nudity, violence or any other unethical material, stating of claims or any activity that could hurt the reputation of Purevolution Lifestyle Ltd. ("Detox Revolution").

Violation may result in immediate termination, and make the affiliate in question, liable to reparations.

If you are uncertain if a post would be in violation, contact us.

7. CONTENT AVAILABLE TO YOU

Affiliates will have access to a library of content they can use to post on their social media, websites and more.

Upon termination of your affiliate status. This access and usage rights are terminated as well.

8. COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENTS

At the time of writing, Purevolution Lifestyle Ltd. ("Detox Revolution") commission payment intervals are between 30-60 days, to account for any refunds.

If a customer gets a refund, for any reason, this will affect the commission depending on if it is a full or partial refund.

The affiliate must reach the minimum payout amount of 50 USD to be eligible. At the time of writing, transfers will be made by bank transfer, but this may change as other payment processors may become available.

We reserve the right to change commission schedules, minimum payout amounts, and payment methods.

Any fees charged by banks or any other payment processors is not covered by Purevolution Lifestyle Ltd. ("Detox Revolution").

9. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS

Although we want to support our affiliates to the best of our ability.

You are responsible for your social media and website's development, operation, and maintenance.

You are expected to be truthful with your audience.

You may not claim to cure or treat any disease.

You are responsible for any claims you make.

You may not claim to be a representative, employee or pretend to be Purevolution Lifestyle Ltd. ("Detox Revolution").

Your posts or website must not imply any discounts beyond already established discounts you may have been granted by Purevolution Lifestyle Ltd. ("Detox Revolution").

10. COMPLIANCE

You must comply with FTC regulations, including properly disclosing your affiliate relationship. Failure to comply may result in commission forfeiture, program termination and make you subject to liability claims.

11. TAXES, VAT AND LOCAL LAW

You bear the full responsibility of complying with local laws and regulations, like reporting and paying VAT, Tax or any fees in regards to your affiliate revenue. Not under any circumstances, may you hold Purevolution Lifestyle Ltd. ("Detox Revolution") accountable for any failures to comply with local regulations.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Purevolution Lifestyle Ltd. ("Detox Revolution"), retains ownership of all intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use affiliate content from the designated affiliate area for the purpose of marketing and selling our products. Only content in the affiliate section is available to use for marketing. Any other content in the members area, courses, printables and alike is the property of Purevolution Lifestyle Ltd. ("Detox Revolution"), and is not to be shared or distributed in any way.

13. NON-COMPETITION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

By becoming an affiliate, you agree not to disclose any information about members, intellectual property, or any material or knowledge that is considered confidential or accessible only to members.

During and for 2 years after this Agreement, you may not compete with or solicit Purevolution Lifestyle Ltd. ("Detox Revolution")'s employees.

14. AFFILIATE AGREEMENTS

We deserve the right to alter or terminate affiliate agreements at our discretion. Any changes to the affiliate agreement will be notified through your registered email.

15. UNCONTROLLABLE ACTIONS AND EVENTS

Purevolution Lifestyle Ltd. ("Detox Revolution") is not responsible for losses due to unforeseeable events beyond our control, like, hacking, force majeure, payment processors failure to operate, access to the use of their services and so on.

16. PURE INTENT

I hereby confirm that I am here with pure intent. I am not here to gather information with the intent to sabotage, entrap or investigate any person, affiliate, member, employee, product, community, business or relation.
